Autobiography of Whinny, Kogi State Fast Rising Act

Ibrahim  Abdul whose  name is Whinny is one of the fastest rising Kogi State, Nigerian music artists and probably one of the youngest too.

Auto Biography

Whinny was born  on 6th November, , in Okene Loca government of Kogi State, Nigeria.

He was born into a polygamous family – his father had three wives. His mother is a Christian and his father a Muslim. Whinny who followed his mother to the church began singing in his local church at the tender age of 11 years. He was not only a good vocalist but also a lead singer.

Before his  break came in 2017, Whinny released a couple of singles. As part of the church choir,. He later went on to form a singing group with five of his  friends, the group was known as “Simple Boyz Nation”.

Before he finally settled for the stage name Whinny, he performed using other names such as “SBN”, as well as "Winnerboy”. While using the name Winnerboy, he was able to record  4 tracks.

Whinny's break in the music industry came in the year 2017. This is after he successfully collaborating with renowned musician SIRGENTLE. The two artists produced the award-winning track “ENYISI” as produced by Mr.Johnnybeatz  which not only went ahead to receive many nominations and awards but also received a lot of airplay  In Kogi State as well as Nigeria at large.

In 2018, he released "ODOYEWU". The song has earned him a lot of fan base across Nigeria and most African countries. 

His music career has grown ever since and has had the privilege of working with famous artists Within and Out side his state (Kogi State) and with award-winning producer LBonDbeatz, among others.

Outside his State, he has worked with Endeetone D beat Lord, gentleboy the youngest producer, ,  etc.

In 2018 Whinny has been invited to so many notable Radio stations for interview and many shows shutdown within and outside his State

This didn’t stop there, Whinny is still up and doing dropping hits back to back believing strongly that sooner than later he will be brought to limelight.
